[HOT] Dražen Odobašić - Python Trainer for HOT Tech Challenge

Hi All,

Dražen Odobašić who you may know from Technical Working Group fame and
managing our servers has been selected to be the Python Trainer in
Jakarta for the HOT Tech Challenge.  Dražen's experience in Python as
well as specifically around creating QGIS plugins will be quite
valuable to the team.

He'll be teaching Python starting next week for a period of two weeks.
The goal of the training is to familiarize some of the HOT Indonesia
team with the basics of developing plugins for QGIS. This will allow
further training later in modification of impact functions for
InaSAFE.
