[HOT] LearnOSM translators, we have guides

Hi,

Sorry, was out during TWG meeting but read the discussion on my computer
once back. SO regarding LearnOSM translation, here are my last feedbacks,
pointing out especially the need of solving the import of images (basically
screenshots with the local languages).
