[HOT] Adding Nepal to HOT Exports

Hi All,

I'm working with the Nepal Red Cross Society right now to start incorporating OSM into their workflows. A major stumbling block at present is that Nepal isn't included in the permissible HOT Export area.

Is there any way Nepal could be added in the near future, ideally within the next two weeks?
