[HOT] Cyclone in Madagascar

A new cyclone reached Madagascar. Damages seem to be "limited" but it  
affects a city (Mahajanga) not covered by high resolution satellite  
view. There are still several places in Madagascar than can be hit by  
cyclone but not covered by detailed views. What can we do besides  
waiting for post-crisis pictures?
