[HOT] HOT Communications Working Group Update

Hi All,

The HOT Communications Working Group met for the 2nd time last Friday. We
primarily discussed finalizing the Terms of Reference(1).

In the interest of making sure those who are interested can participate
I've set-up a Doodle for the next meeting. We'd be having it sometime on
Wednesday, Thursday or Friday next week(2). Please state your available in
