Oh, one other thing.

When I am putting a "fixme=Location approximate" node in place, if there 
are tiny settlements or individual buildings in the area I will make 
sure I mark them properly as buildings or residential areas on the OSM 
map so someone in the field could at least have an idea of where things 
might be near the node.
