[HOT] New task for DRC: Ebola in Boende area

Hello Hotties,

Tonight we got confirmation that the disease currently killing people in
villages of Boende area (Democratic Republic of Congo), is Ebola again*.
MSF-Belgium expressed the need to get base data for the area as soon as
possible. A first task is set up and waiting for contributors. It can be

* It is already the 7th recorded outbreak of the virus in the country since
1976. More details to be published in the coming days.
