This Nov. 28  Wall Street Journal article titled "Ebola Crisis Stretches Doctors Without Borders’ Means". offers both a good summary of the role played by MSF and the challenges of this crisis.  See also the video that shows the difficulty to travel in the rainy season.

This clearly shows  the challenge that  represent to MSF, Red Cross and other organizations teams to travel in rainy season, to transport goods, to locate people at risk or transport rapidly to the nearest hospital people infected.
