[HOT] New section on LearnOSM for Remote, Armchair or Mapathon mappers

Hi,

http://learnosm.org/en/coordination/remote/

is a new section of LearnOSM specifically aimed at anyone who may be 
starting out with OSM & particularly HOT. Obvioiusly the best form of 
any teaching is 1 to 1, but if you have volunteers who can't get to the 
mapathon you are involved in, this section of LearnOSM may help them.

It is new, and there are plans to expand it considerably, including 
sections on landuse=residential, buildings, and all the features we 
currently expect to add to OSM via the Tasking Manager.

Please check back on it at intervals to see if it covers your needs - 
progress is slow as it takes far more time to write about it than it 
does to actually map it!

There are links from the site for feedback or if you would like to offer 
your help in translating this, or any other sections of the site.
