[HOT] Wanted: a quote and a photo for Next Day Better

This Thursday I am speaking at Next Day Better (Toronto) all about HOT.

For the presentation, I thought I would highlight HOT by asking for your
help:

1. In 1 - 2 sentences, how can HOT make the Next Day Better.. for crisis
response? (Please keep it brief and tweetable.)
