[HOT] HOT Fundraising Working Group - update

HI Folks, Kate, Tom and I met via email to update the HOT Fundraising
Working Group Concept Note.

Notes:

1. Comments are welcome. Please add by June 23rd so that we can plan our
next iteration.
2. New working group members welcome.
3. Given the multiple time zones, we will try to arrange a mumble meeting
in the next 2 weeks. Otherwise, we will revert to edit sprints with actions
to go into Atrium for all to see.
