[HOT] HIU Tile Caches Maintenance Window; 2014-06-18

Good afternoon, everyone.

We'll be making significant improvements to our imagery services
infrastructure tomorrow.  This will require taking the HIU tile caches
offline at certain times.  The HIU tile caches may be unavailable for most
of the maintenance window.  The work will take at most 8 hours.  The work
will take place from *Wednesday, June 18, 2014 10AM EDT *to *Wednesday,
June 18, 2014 6PM EDT*.
