Anyone with an OpenStreetMap username can edit in any area of the
world without the need to ask for permission to anybody. OpenStreetMap
is an open geodatabase to which anyone can contribute, freely, with
the only restriction that you will add data or modify the existing one
with the goal of improving the data we already have.

- From your email, I understand you want we create for you a task in the
HOT Tasking Manager. Is it that what you want?

In case it is, I too understand you want to trace the road network in
Yewa North LGA (formerly Egbado North LGA). There is an ongoing
project of mapping all roads of Nigeria for a Polio erradication
program by eHealth Africa. They have started a job for roads in Kano
State: http://tasks.hotosm.org/job/474

It would be nice you contact them so we can all have a consistent
tagging scheme for the road classification in Nigeria.

Once you clarify us what features you need to map in Yewa North LGA, I
would be happy to create a job for Yewa North in the Tasking Manager.

I created a uMap that shows the approximate area of the Yewa North LGA
(green filled coloured area) and the limits of the Bing High
Resolution Aerial Imagery (red color):

As you can see, we have High Resolution Bing imagery for most of the
Yewa North Local Gov. Area, except for two small strips to the West
and the far East area of the region.
