Sorry for not replying you sooner, but I have been very busy today,
and will be off again until tomorrow morning.

Ogun State is not well covered by Bing HiRes imagery, as you can see
here: http://umap.fluv.io/en/map/bing-hires-imagery-for-ogun-state_1539

But Yewa North, an LGA in West Ogun State (your first request) is
mostly covered, as I told you yesterday:

Mapping a whole Nigerian state is a huge job, even for 20 trained
mappers (as eHealth Africa is doing with Kano state), so I would
advice you to start with Yewa North LGA.

I think I cannot give you admin rights in the Tasking Manager, but
Séverin of Kate I'm sure they can. You should do some practice in the
dev server first though. Or you can skip that, and I would be happy to
set the task for you.

About the roads editing, it's very important we reach a consensus on
how to tag them. Highway Tag Africa wiki should be followed:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Highway_Tag_Africa That wiki
consensus was reached after a long discussion.

Samuel and Kazeem: I disagree with the use of highway=residential for
roads leading to villages and hamlets. You should use unclassified,
track or path, depending on the situation. highway=residential should
be only used for streets ***inside*** villages, towns and cities. That
is true not only for Africa, but worldwide.
