[HOT] Guinea Ebola Outbreak, Mapping to support CartONG - MSF-CH

Thanks Pierre for your udpate that I"ll be translating in French for those
of us mapping from Western and Central Africa and not comfortable with
English.

67 contributors on 27-March achieving 110,00 changes while mapping in
support of CartONG and MSF CH work in their response to the Ebola outbreak
in Guinea Conarky is really impressive and as pointed out by you surely
deserve a strong thanks.

As you said, let's see how the situation develops and how to best adapt the
OSM support to the in-country needs,

I added the link to the task 475 [1] centred in Conarky that had been
created and added as a reminder for new comers the link to the Ebola_Guinea
response page in the HOT wiki [2]

Un rapport [1] de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Santé (OMS) publié le 27 -
Mars confirmerait des cas d'Ebola à Conakry, la capitale de la Guinée
Conakry ; ce rapport contient une carte de zones posisblement affectées où
des travaaux d'évaluation/analyse/repérage sont actuellement en cours.

Une nouvelle tâche [475] [2} a été créée pour cette ville de plus de 2
Millions d'habitants ; il y est demandé de se concentrer dans un premier
temps sur le réseau de routes et de rues et de laisser de côté les
bâtiments.

Il sera important de rester attentifs aux développements de la situation et
de rester au plus près des besoins exprimés par les acteurs de terrain
présents en Guinée.

Le 27 Mars, ce sont 67 contributeurs qui ont été responsables de 110,00
modifications de la base OSM en carographiant en soutien de la réponse que
CartONG et MSF CH (Suisse) apportent à l'épidémie d´Ebola outbreak
intervenue en Guinée Conarky ; impressionante activité qui appelle de forts
remerciements.
