[HOT] Mobaye, C.A.R. imagery down to z19

Dear Bruno,

Thanks for you and MapBox to allow the access to this imagery. Mobaye is
the capital city of the Basse-Kotto prefecture, and one of the 3 still
remaining unmapped in OSM because it is not covered by high res Bing
imagery, as shown by the blue areas on this
uMap<http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/map/central-african-republic-mapping-progress_3868>
.
And according to OCHA
WhoWhatWhere<http://reliefweb.int/map/central-african-republic/central-african-republic-who-has-sub-officebase-where-28-march-2014>map,
it hosts humanitarian organizations.
Amadou (who coordiantes now this Activation with me) will trace the
residential area and create a TM job for the crowd. Is there any required
aknowledgement we need to put regarding the imagery?
