Maybe this can help to pinpoint the locations which areas need more 
focus in this moment.

It's a mess to sort out because they changed categories on the fly, so 
some reports are in wrong categories, and there are some for collection 
help, and so on.

I'll try to sort it out in today/tomorrow and create a filtered list.
