[HOT] Missing Maps launch tomorrow, and LearnOSM

Hi Charlotte,

I previously sent out an introduction to this collaboration on list(1)

In case people missed it you read more about Missing Maps on its website(2)
and the HOT blog post about the launch(3).

Thank you to everyone who has ever volunteered for HOT in someway, this is
