[HOT] OSM humanitarian layer as an ArcGIS basemap?

Hi Severin,
Apparently Yahoo has shut down their maps API a while ago [0] [1]
(September 2011) so it won't come back. The page suggest to use Nokia
instead but it requires registration to use the API [2]
