[HOT] [OSM-talk] Skybox release aerial imagery

As I understand it, organizations would first have to request access, no?
BTW in the map there are two requests for W-Africa both from
"*Organization:* Google Ebola Response", which may be a dummy description,
one for Zimmi and one for Monrovia.
