[HOT] Hewlett Foundation support to HOT

Dear Mark and All,
Nothing of this would have ever happenned without you: the thousands of
contributors who are giving some (sometimes a lot) of their time to
contribute to OpenStreetMap in places where maps are most needed. I'm
adding a special thanks for our West Africa Ebola Activation coordinators
for their amazing work, Pierre BĂ©land and Andrew Buck. After 6 months, they
are still there, giving more energy than ever to coordinate voluntarily and
engage always more contributors and organizations to address the geographic
data gaps expressed by humanitarian organisations in the field.
