[HOT] Hewlett Foundation support to HOT

Hi All,

What is important to note is the Hewlett Foundation found us because of the
ongoing Ebola response. So thanks to our activation leads (Andrew Buck and
Pierre Beland) and the entire HOT community for all you have done.
