I can't find any of the HOT tags I know of
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Humanitarian_OSM_Tags/Humanitarian_Data_Background)
there. Are they not in use anymore? Which tags are used for mapping
damage to buildings or infrastructure?
