[HOT] FOSDEM 2016

Hi All,

Last day to submit proposals for the FOSDEM geospatial dev room.

I can't be there myself but HOT has a lot of awesome tools that may be of
interest to the greater OS(Geo) community. Don't hesitate to submit
something I would say, I would if I could! ;-)
