[HOT] #777 Hi-res imagery for Cameroon (was Mapping Northern Nigeria ?)

Blake #777 is the only HiRes Imagery available in Cameroon, I have not been
able to keep up with all the chatter, been on a project. This task has not
had a lot of activity and has a specific focus. What is the need here?
