The Activations WG is meeting today

Hi all,

I do not have much of an agenda document yet, but I anticipate the 
meeting will focus on the Nepal activation and the challenges that it 
has presented as well as ideas for improving our ability to deal with 
large influxes of new (and very valuable) mappers.

It will also cover what more we need to do in the recovery phase of the 
Nepal disaster.

Other activation briefs are needed as well.

I will be giving an update on some the Tasking Manager related activities.
