[HOT] Dam collapse in Mariana, Brazil

Hello,

There were a dam collapse (1) few days ago in Mariana, Brazil, I'm not
familiar with the Activation Protocol, but we started a wiki page (2) and
Wille Marcel is creating a task in the area.
