[HOT] Dam collapse in Mariana, Brazil

Hi Vitor, this is terrible; as discussed on the Activation WG list, we’re here to support the local community which had the area pretty well mapped pre-event; great job! Also while assisting Wille it looks like the impacted area is localized to the one village and post-event mapping should be complete quickly, so once that project is ready it’s fine to put up as urgent priority but the other bits and pieces for a ‘full blown’ activation are probably unnecessary. 

 

Also, I hope you don’t mind if I edit the wiki to comment out the unused portions as well as add the export I created, etc.

There were a dam collapse (1) few days ago in Mariana, Brazil, I'm not familiar with the Activation Protocol, but we started a wiki page (2) and Wille Marcel is creating a task in the area.
