[HOT] #1350 Missing Maps: Map South Kivu, DRC Alignment

Hi,what should be used as the master for alignment for these maps?On the tile I looked at the Bing mapping aligns with the data but the other imagery tms[22]:http://hiu-maps.net/hot/1.0.0/kivu-23sep2015-flipped/{z}/{x}/{y}.pngis a little offset from that.Are we correcting the data to that or aligning the imagery?
