[HOT] #EcuadorMapping: Tags for broken roads or bridges

this morning with Melanie Eckle (from
http://openls.geog.uni-heidelberg.de/disaster/ ) agreeded to use for the
routing service:

*Broken roads/bridges tags:* Create a small way segment where your evidence
a place where road/bridge is broken and then add to this small segment this
tag::

   - *status=impassable*

I'll let know to OSM Ecuador comminity to do mantaining to this data, onces
ways get fixed.
