I like the idea but I prefer the idea of the locals being involved in
whatever solution does evolve and I suspect coca cola's prime reason for
developing them is not to identify an individual building.  Amazon would be
interested if there was money involved.  A bit like net neutrality I think
postcode would be more neutral.

There is also another side to this and that is the use of postcodes.  Both
the UK and Canada post offices sell the information.  Do we really want to
give Coca-cola an other source of revenue?
