[HOT] New mapping projects that could use some experienced mappers

In Belgium (and probably most other European countries), cities are a
hodgepodge of buildings and extensions built over time. It would change the
meaning of building=terrace to use this in cases like this. (even the
government can't keep track of this, often buildings are simply split along
the cadastral borders)
It would remove the implied meaning of building=yes to mean just one
building, to tag this as just one building. However, the wiki page for
building=yes doesn't even state this is the case. So between the two
options I would pick this one.
A more thorough solution might be a tag like building=multiple (used 22
times...) or a messy solution might be building=yes + fixme="remap
individual buildings"
If you like, I can post on the tagging list and report back here.
