[HOT] Mapping request for Harper and Pleebo, Liberia

A couple of days? We have projects that have been open for a couple of
years.

Given a couple of decent mappers an area can be mapped and validated quite
quickly depending on the imagery. Given poor quality imagery people tend
to drift off to other projects.

MSF, Red Cross organise maperthons, it takes organisation and the quality
of mapping can sometimes leave something to be desired but it does get some
mapping done.
