[HOT] Spam messages

If it helps by rule of thumb is if you have a 1,000 edits to your name then
you know what you are doing so no feedback unless it needs correction.  If
you've mapped five tiles or less I usually give feedback except if its
mapathon mapping when there is very little time available in order to keep
up with the validation.
