[HOT] Project validation

Hi John,

JOSM has the facility to add Map Paint styles with a validation function
that highlights any building that is not tagged as building=yes.

In JOSM go to the drop down menus along the top. Select "View" then "Map
Paint Styles" then "Map Paint Preferences".

In the selection window scroll down to "Missing Maps / Youthmappers
Validator Checks", select it then click on the transfer arrow to add it
to your active styles.

You can open a panel on the right for the styles by clicking on the paint
palet icon in the tools down the left side of your JOSM.
