Hi Everyone,
Following on with the minutes from SMT meeting last week:
-
We celebrated some of our work anniversaries: and this month’s bamboo
calendar tells me quite a lot of other people are celebrating work
anniversaries too - congratulations Arnalie (1 year), Bo (2 years),
Cristiano (7 years!), Mercyleen (1 year), and Emily (1 year)!
-
Field Programs update: Amelia & Riley joined us to talk through the
progress the team has made since their Zambia in person meeting. They
shared a new mandate for the team, shifting the Field Programs team to act
as a back office support function, core themes the team will be working on.
Longer term field projects are transitioning to the hubs. Active discussion
and questions around process to date, learnings and context. Next steps in
January will involve: collaboration with Impact Partnerships and Community
Team to address how to work together.
-
We checked in on org structure changes, which are currently progressing
per the plan
-
We discussed the suggestions staff gave to us via the Strategy &
Implementation team Padlet. We absorbed them as a group, and agreed who
would take forward the different suggestions that were provided. The
Strategy & Implementation team will integrate the strategy elements into
their Q1 OKRs. Some of the suggestions provided feedback on HOT’s structure
and work setup; the HR team will integrate this feedback with the key
themes from the eNPS survey, understand the additional detail provided, and
where activities can be built in to address these. There were several
pieces of feedback provided which are longer term activities which SMT need
to be aware of in their work and decision making, and this is an open
discussion how to address these. Thank you to the people who contributed
their suggestions to the Padlet!
Wishing anyone who is taking time off over the next couple of weeks a
delightful break!
Thanks,
Rebecca
