[HOT] HOT Disaster Response Update October 15th

 Dear HOT community,

We are pleased to give you this update regarding the current Activations...

*Note: There are currently some technical issues with the statistics
generators, so unfortunately there are no mapper, building or other feature
counts in this update. We will include them in the next update or final
report(s) once the issues are resolved.*

As of October 15th 20:00 UTC:

   - *COVID-19 Vaccination campaign*
      - We still only have one project to* complete* (see here
      <https://tasks.hotosm.org/explore?campaign=COVID%20Vaccination&page=1>)
      the team continues to look at supporting more vaccination efforts
      - However, the campaign is now *98% mapped and 98% validated!*
      - *Haiti Earthquake*
      - The* 25th, and final, project* has now been published,* 23 are
      complete*, more mapping and validation is needed (see here
      <https://tasks.hotosm.org/explore?campaign=Haiti%20Earthquake%202021>)
      - Note: All projects have now been published! We anticipate being
      able to conclude the response and conduct an After Action Review in the
      next week or two.
      - The campaign is currently *95% mapped* with *93% validated!*
