[Imports] Import of Lakes from water.usgs.gov

Thanks to Emilie Laffray,
I now have two lake relations :

Thanks for your help Emilie, This is where I used to go fishing with
my grandpa, every year!

There is a HUGE amount of data to import from the government, if
anyone is interested we can continue!
