[Imports] shp attributes

Very sorry for that 'outburst', it was uncalled for. :(

... I just heard back from the 'Trans Canada Trail' .... I will have a
full report in the next few days .... (after i talk with them over the
phone) :)

Anyway, the wiki needs a little clarification on how the script works,
as well as a 'proper' explaination of this unique conversion process.
