Dear Sam,

The script works roughly like this.

Unzip a canvec zip file that has not yet been unzipped.
Read an uncommented entity type from the config file.
Use the matching shape file and rule file to make an osm file.
Repeat with this zipfile until end of configuration file.
Repeat until all canvec zip files have been processed.
