[Imports] shp attributes

Thanks,
I "sudo get" it. :)

The resulting .zip file at the end contains the 'version#' of the
conversion script.

Considering that it will be out of 'beta' soon, the only updates of
the script will be every 6 months, as the CanVec source file
attributes might change.
Changing the 'source' tag to "canvec-to-osm_import_2010".

(so the files will be available to copy-in or 'autoMatch-in' to OSM at anytime)

Therefore, i think its best to omit the version # and use the 'canvec
feature catelogue version/subversion # instead, so it will be easy to
cross-reference)

... Or is it better to keep it, since the 'admin' already has a copy
of the source shp file on the hard drive?.

Although a 'download /update' line can be added at the begining, to
look at the ftp site that contains the 'older converted file' and
compare dates.

:start
IF source_canvec_zip
 is newer
 than converted converted canvec_osm.zip
  then
goto run
if source_canvec_zip
is older
than converted_canvec_osm.zip
then goto skip
:run
echo convert files with canvec'2' or 'too' osm wizardry magic & a
little postGISmess for fun
start /wait c:\canvec-to-osm.bat
goto end
:skip
echo that was easy!
goto end
:end
exit
