amenity=parking on the multipolygon, barrier=curb on the inner rings.  Not
handled properly in Osmarender (which colors the holes yellow, doesn't treat
them as "null spaces").

Wasn't sure how to properly tag the inner rings to represent "a patch of
grass with a single planted tree".
