[Imports] Map Kibera import notice

Hi

In the next week or two, I'm planning to import data collected by Map Kibera project .. http://mapkibera.org/

We used OSM techniques and tools to collect data in Kibera, the largest slum in Nairobi, Kenya (if not all of Africa). A separate instance was used, as the project was designed to be public domain (note, the next phase of the project will be in OSM directly).

I don't expect many difficulties. Kibera is a geographically distinct area, with very little existing data in OSM. I've made note in the wiki, and have created a user for the import (Map Kibera).
If there are any concerns, please let me know.
