[Imports] TIGER09 data in .osm format for California?

Hi Ian,
I have the list of all of the Tiger map features, if anyone has
already gone through the catelogue and matched it up with the
appropriate OSM tags, it would save me some work.


Most of the map features are obvious matches, so its not that
difficult to figure out..
