[Imports] 21M SimpleGEO CC0 POIs

Hello Jaime,

I took a look at the OpenGeoData, doing a fast check on POIs with 
addresses in part of the Netherlands I'm familiar with and I noticed: 
POIs are exclusively business addresses;  info is outdated (it seems to 
be at least 5yrs old); Most POIs are not categorized; Lots of typing errors.
