[Imports] Imports with bad or missing coordinates

There will be a huge list of imports as soon as we say we can do it.
Naturally all object lists do have addresses and no coordinates, right?!

The link to the diagramm was ment to be the answer how to do it.
The public toilets subject is waiting for the data.
There was a data loss and they are restoring the list from a book. I wonder if they do it without a scanner, because it takes so long.

Why do you think that public toilets need any other treatment as any other whatever-bug?
I only see the disadvantage that local mappers don't go to a special bug page.

I would appreciate if you could say how you think it shall be done, instead of just pointing on what you don't like.
I am not very happy with this solution either, but as long as we don't have a better proposal it is better than not having it in the map.
