[Imports] NYC street data

Some of th NYC digital team is on my FB lists.  Add me as alex.rollin at gmail.com 
  and I can put you in touch with at least 2 folks there, I think.   
There are people who understabd licenses, who no doubt could get the  
new license parsed internally.  If not with me help, then I am sure  
the digit team is reachable, certainly, and can help.
