Yes, we need tool like Tasking Manager in our efforts. I keep this on my

Jaakko,

Yes at them moment it would be best for organizing tracing of raster
features.  Or checking an import that has already occurred.

People can choose which areas they desire to work on.  You just have to
click the square on the map you are interested in.  Those that aren't picky
can randomly be assigned a task though by clicking on "Take a task".
