[Imports] Using Rewritten ogr2osm

I know this might work if you know ogr2osm well enough. But I´ll have to do
the step by step approach.

Ogr2ogr with this options collects a specified S-57 element out of each file
from a bunch of iENC files.

For better understanding the translations, I would need more examples. Is
there a collections of translations to be downloaded somewhere?
