Gregory, my account is linked to from this import-account (created for imports as suggested on the import guidelines page of the wiki). I have documented this import on the import catalogue. I had also linked to the data in this thread http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/imports/2012-May/001400.html also in this month's digest - but it is already imported now.
As you probably read on the diary page - I had an issue Reverting two change sets, specifically with JOSM - which I understand has issues https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/5414. Also, there was some conversation on this matter in the IRC channel yesterday. I have thoroughly reviewed the data and believe things are good now after I cleaned the duplicate nodes left after the failed reverts.
So, to answer your questions - I'd say, yes. _ joe
